Parizadeh and the Customer shall be considered to have entered into the purchase agreement at the time when the order is submitted by the Customer - in accordance with the purchase procedure of this web site - and after Parizadeh have received the confirmation that the payment has been accepted. By submitting the order the Customer acknowledges and states that he/she has reviewed and accepted all the present Terms and Conditions. AVAILABILITY All the Products on this web site are subject to the availability at the time of the order. Parizadeh reserve the right to any change at any point in time in the quantity and/or the type of products that may be purchased on this web site. If, the Product requested is not available the Customer will be informed within reasonable time. PRICE All the prices on this web site are stated in Euro and include value added tax and other applicable local taxes. The prices do not include any possible custom duties or taxes when applicable, nor do the prices include possible shipping and delivery charges. Parizadeh ensures to the best of their ability that all pricing information on this web site is accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In case an error in the price of a Product shall occur, Parizadeh will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If, Parizadeh is unable to contact the customer after reasonable effort, the order will be considered canceled. DELIVERY The ownership of the Product purchased will be transferred to the Customer at the time of the delivery under the condition that Parizadeh have received the payment for the entire value of the goods . In any event the risks of damages and/or loss of the Product are transferred to the Customer at the time of the delivery. Once the invoice has been issued no modification of the same will be possible. The shipping and delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are clearly indicated in the online order form. The shipping and delivery expenses may vary depending on location and on the type of shipment requested. The orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities. Parizadeh are not responsible for unpredictable delays, notwithstanding that, except in cases of Force Majore, the Product(s) will be delivered within thirty (30) days after the date of order. For the delivery of the ordered products the Customer or a person authorized by the latter shall be present at the address indicated in the order. At the time of the delivery, the Customer shall verify: (1) that the number of the boxes are same as reported on the transportation documents (DDT); (2) that the packaging is not damaged, wet or in any another way tapered with. Any damage in the packaging and or in the Product(s) or any discrepancy between the number of the boxes actually delivered and the number of the boxes indicated on the transportation document, shall be immediately notified by indicating it in writing on the delivery documents at the time of delivery. Once the Customer has signed the delivery document, the Customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered goods. In the event that, due to sudden or temporary unavailability of the ordered Product(s), Parizadeh shall inform the Customer within reasonable time. The amount charged to the Customer shall be refunded as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the order submitted by Customer. DELIVERY TIME The average delivery time to Benelux countries is 3 days. Other European destinations are normally delivered within 4-5 working days, and elsewhere in the world the delivery time is approximately 7 working days. All deliveries must be signed off by the receiver. these delivery times are estimations and Parizadeh can not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. Parizadeh will, however, do their best to communicate any known delays to the customer. RETURNS & EXCHANGES We hope that Parizadeh products meet all your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return a product or exchange it to another size or color. In that event, please follow these instructions. We recommend using recorded/signed mail or a courier, and keeping the receipt of the delivery. All return delivery costs are at the expense of the customer. When exchanging products, Parizadeh will pay the shipping costs of the replacement product. Any exchange to a new or another Product is subject to the availability of the current inventory.
Please note that all returned items must be received unused with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging, if possible. Parizadeh have the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements. The purchased goods may be returned within the maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. The Products purchased online cannot be refunded nor returned in any physical stores retailing Parizadeh Products. Parizadeh, undertakes to promptly, but within the maximum of thirty (30) days, refund the Customer after the returned product(s) have (all) been received. Parizadeh can not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods, nor can compensation or credit be required in such cases.
